Based on the Stephen King novel of the same name, Carrie: The Musical tells the story of Carrie White, a shy, bullied teenager raised by her fanatically religious mother, Margaret. Isolated at school and tormented by her peers, Carrie discovers she possesses powerful telekinetic abilities—forces that awaken as her emotions intensify.

When a kind‑hearted classmate, Sue Snell, persuades her boyfriend Tommy Ross to take Carrie to the prom as an act of compassion, Carrie experiences acceptance for the first time. But class bully Chris Hargensen, furious after being punished for tormenting Carrie, plots a cruel revenge that turns the prom into a nightmare.

As humiliation and trauma collide with Carrie’s growing supernatural power, she unleashes devastation that forever changes the town of Chamberlain. The musical blends raw emotion, driving pop‑rock energy, and intimate character storytelling to explore themes of belonging, cruelty, faith, and the explosive consequences of unchecked pain.
